My name is Alex, and I am your Gutter Knight professional in greater and rural Adelaide.
I was born in Ukraine and most of my life worked in banking and investment banking industries. A couple of high degrees and diplomas in economics, along with good communication skills, helped my progress within the industry.
Ukraine was badly hit by the world financial crisis of 2007, which drove a change of course. I, with my wife Lesya and our daughter Lika, decided to move to Adelaide, which has the closest climate to what we’re used to.
My partner Lesya, has continued to work as a teacher, for myself I wanted to try something different from the fast paced commercial lifestyle of banking and wanted to be ‘hands-on’ so I took a position working as a Foxtel technician for 8 years which I really enjoyed. I have all the necessary licences and skills to work at heights and in different conditions.
I see customer satisfaction as the main key performance indicator. My role is not merely to install gutter protection, but to advise the optimal product for your roof and make the whole process from the first contact through to final installation as smoothly as possible.
